Tar Heel Capital II FIZAN, has acquired a 60% stake in Rockfin (13.06.2013)
Rockfin Sp. z o.o. is a supplier of technologically advanced hydraulic, oil, lubrication, pressure and filtering systems. Its solutions are used in the power, extraction and paper production sectors. In 2012, Rockfin’s revenues reached PLN 135m (EUR 32m). It is the first investment of THC II, the second fund managed by Tar Heel Capital’s team. The Fund (THC II) will invest PLN 200m in Polish SMEs.
Tar Heel Capital agreed to sell Apreo Logistics SA (10.09.2012)
Tar Heel Capital signed an agreement to sell all its shares in the logistics operator Apreo Logistics SA. The acquirer is U.S. logistics group C.H. Robinson Worldwide (CHRW). Currently, the transaction is waiting for approval of the OCCP.
